TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: June 2026

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the website australia.ivisaportal.com or any of the services offered by AQ Systems LLC ("iVisaPortal," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("you," "User," or "Applicant") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services.

2. ABOUT US AND OUR SERVICE

AQ Systems LLC, operating under the brand name iVisaPortal, is an independent private service provider. We provide optional, third-party assistance with the preparation and review of Electronic Travel Authority (ETA, subclass 601) applications for Australia.

2.1 We are NOT a government agency. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or otherwise officially connected to the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Border Force, or any other government, agency, or governmental body.

2.2 The official and only channel to lodge an ETA is the Australian ETA app from the Department of Home Affairs. You may apply directly through that channel at any time and pay only the standard government service fee of AUD $20.

2.3 Our service is entirely optional. By choosing to use our service, you receive professional assistance with reviewing and preparing your application, plus customer support.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services, you must:

- Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information

- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws

4. SERVICE FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Total Fee Structure: The total fee charged when you use our service consists of two distinct components:

(a) The official Department of Home Affairs ETA service fee of AUD $20 per applicant

(b) Our service fee for application review, assistance, customer support, and ancillary services

4.2 Pricing Transparency: All fees are clearly displayed before any payment is collected. You will see the total amount before confirming your order.

4.3 Comparison to Direct Application: If you choose to apply directly through the official Australian ETA app, you will pay only the AUD $20 service fee — no additional service fee. Our service fee covers our private, optional convenience services.

4.4 Payment Processing: Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card information.

4.5 Currency: Prices may be displayed in USD or your local currency. Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer or payment processor.

5. APPLICANT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

- Provide a valid passport that is and will remain valid for the duration of your travel

- Carefully review all information before authorising it for use

- Promptly respond to requests from us for additional information

- Comply with all applicable laws of Australia and your country of departure

- Use the service only for your own application or for an applicant for whom you have proper authority

5.1 You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We rely entirely on the information you provide and have no way of independently verifying it.

5.2 Providing false or misleading information to a foreign government is a serious matter that may result in refusal of an ETA, denial of entry, future entry bans, or other penalties under the laws of Australia.

6. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL

The grant or refusal of an ETA is made solely by the Department of Home Affairs. We do not guarantee that your application will be granted, and we have no ability to influence or expedite the government's decision-making process.

Processing speeds advertised on our website (e.g., "standard," "priority," "express") refer only to the speed at which our team will review and handle your application — not the speed at which the Department of Home Affairs will process and decide on your application.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

- Use our services for any unlawful purpose

- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information

- Use our services to assist others in evading lawful immigration restrictions

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AQ Systems LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party right, or any false or misleading information you provide.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

17. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and AQ Systems LLC regarding your use of our website and services.
