Our Independent Status
iVisaPortal and AQ Systems LLC are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Border Force, or any other government, agency, or department in Australia or elsewhere. The official channel for an ETA is the Australian ETA app from the Department of Home Affairs. Travellers are free to apply directly through that official channel at any time and pay only the standard AUD $20 service fee.
What We Do
Our team provides convenience services such as: reviewing your application information for completeness and obvious errors; confirming whether you appear eligible for the subclass 601 ETA; guiding you in plain language through the requirements and the official process; and providing customer support and updates throughout. What We Do Not Do
We do not issue travel authorisations — only the Department of Home Affairs can do that. We do not guarantee that any application will be granted — only the Department of Home Affairs makes that determination. Our service fee includes the mandatory Department of Home Affairs ETA service fee of AUD $20 (approximately USD $13) plus our professional assistance fee. The total price is displayed clearly before any payment is made. Travellers who do not need our assistance can apply directly through the official Australian ETA app for the AUD $20 fee only — with no additional charge from us.
