A digital travel authority, linked to your passport.
The Australian Electronic Travel Authority (ETA), subclass 601, is an electronically stored authorisation that lets eligible passport holders visit Australia for tourism or business visitor activities. There is no visa label and no stamp — it is linked to your passport number and checked automatically when you arrive.

We provide optional, third-party assistance for the Australia ETA (subclass 601). That includes reviewing your information for completeness and obvious errors, confirming you appear eligible, guiding you through the official process, and providing customer support. We do not issue ETAs and we do not make any decision on your application — only the Department of Home Affairs does that.

Yes, absolutely. The official channel is the free Australian ETA app from the Department of Home Affairs, where you pay only the AUD $20 service fee. Our service is entirely optional and exists for travellers who would rather have their details reviewed and have support along the way.
An ETA is valid for 12 months from the date it is granted, or until your passport expires — whichever comes first. You can enter Australia multiple times during that period, and each visit can last up to three months.
No. The subclass 601 ETA is for tourism and business visitor activities such as conferences, meetings and negotiations. It does not permit paid work for an Australian employer. If you intend to work, you need a different visa.
An ETA is linked to a specific passport number. If you renew or change your passport, your existing ETA is no longer valid and you will need a new one for the new passport. We can help you prepare a fresh application.
No. The decision to grant or refuse an ETA rests solely with the Department of Home Affairs, and we have no influence over it. What we do is help make sure your information is accurate and complete before it goes in, which is the part you can actually control.
I travel to Sydney for work twice a year and always second-guess the forms. Having someone actually check my details before submitting took the stress out of it. Clear, quick, and they answered my email the same day.

Booked a last-minute family holiday and was nervous about getting the ETA right. The guidance was straightforward and they flagged a typo in my passport number I'd completely missed. Smooth from start to finish.

I liked that they were upfront that I could apply myself and what the official fee was. I chose to use them anyway for the peace of mind, and it was worth it. No surprises on price.
