AQ Systems LLC is a limited liability company with its principal place of business in Austin, Texas, United States. "iVisaPortal" is a brand name used by AQ Systems LLC.

2. INDEPENDENT PRIVATE SERVICE

AQ Systems LLC, doing business as "iVisaPortal," is an independent private service provider. We are NOT a government agency, NOT a government contractor, and NOT an authorised representative of any government.

We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, the Australian Border Force, or any other governmental agency or authority.

3. NATURE OF SERVICES

We help clients prepare and review ETA (subclass 601) applications when they choose our optional convenience service. We do not issue travel authorisations, visas, or any other government document.

4. OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT CHANNEL

The official and only channel to lodge an Australian ETA is the Australian ETA app from the Department of Home Affairs. Information is available at:

Applying directly through the official app costs AUD $20 per applicant — no service fee is charged by the government. Our service is entirely optional.

5. SERVICE FEES AND DISCLOSURE

Our fees include both:

(a) the official Department of Home Affairs ETA service fee of AUD $20, and

(b) our professional service fee for application review, assistance, and customer support.

All fees are clearly displayed before checkout. Our service fee is for our private convenience service and is in addition to the government's AUD $20 fee.
